Free shipping for Australian orders over $60.

Shipping for Australian orders under $60 is a flat rate of $10. 

We currently ship within Australia only. Stay tuned for international shipping!

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing your order, and you will be sent tracking info so you can keep an eye on your parcel. (Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.) 

Australian orders are generally delivered within 3-8 business days after having been dispatched, depending on their destination. (Please note, deliveries to WA and NT may take up to 3 weeks.) 

We ship via standard post with Australia Post from Sydney. Nail polish is classed as a flammable item, and as such, cannot be shipped via express post.

Poet Polish cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery as we use a third party postal service. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 12 business days from dispatch, please get in touch and we can investigate this with Aus Post. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correctly and sufficiently filled out, as Poet Polish cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced due to an address error. If it is being sent to a work or business address, please provide the business name also. It is the obligation of the purchaser to supply accurate details at the time of order.

If you do enter the wrong address at the time of order, please contact us ASAP by emailing hello@poetpolish.com with your order number and correct address details. 

If we haven't yet sent your parcel, we can change your address. If we have already sent your parcel, we will attempt to update this with Aus Post while in transit, otherwise a $20 return to sender (RTS) fee will be charged. (This is made up of a RTS fee charged from Aus Post, plus a redelivery fee to get your parcel to you at your correct address. This is regardless of whether free shipping applied to your original order.)

If your parcel is waiting for collection at a post office and is unclaimed and returned to us, we will either: refund your order less the RTS fee and original shipping fee (if applicable), or you can choose to pay the $20 fee to have it resent. (This $20 fee covers the RTS fee and redelivery fee, regardless of whether free shipping applied to your original order.)

If your address is correct but your parcel is incorrectly delivered by Aus Post or stolen, we will be required to open an investigation with Aus Post to get further information and clarification from them. This process can take up to 3 weeks, and we will do our best to keep you updated.

If your parcel or products arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it and provide a clear photo of the damage. We will be required to open an investigation with Aus Post to get further information and clarification from them. This process can take up to 3 weeks, and we will do our best to keep you updated.

All parcels are sent with signature required, if you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, this is at your own risk and we will not provide compensation, refunds, or resends for lost or stolen parcels in this instance.
